The All Party Parliamentary Group, looking into eye care capacity within NHS England, has published it's report on the quality of the system and its recommendations for improvements.

 Many patients were having appointments cancelled, putting their sight at risk and putting a further, future, financial burden on the health service and council social care budgets.
