The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has agreed to change one of it's working practices, just 24 hours before a Judicial Review into its policies.

RNIB, along with other charities, provided information, and support, to a case against the practice of cold calling claimants, during an appeal, to offer a settlement, which would be less than they were entitled to, halting the appeal.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Dominic Milne, from RNIB's Legal Rights Service, to learn more about the Judicial Review and the win.
