Scottish Disability Golf and Curling has thousands of members, with more welcome to join, and aims to get everyone playing golf or taking to the ice for a round of curling.
There are free lessons, with professionals, and you can play for fun, to increase your social circle or even compete at national and global levels, thanks to their new Scottish hubs.
