Jacquie Winning is the Manager of the Forth Valley Sensory Centre, serving customers across Falkirk and Stirlingshire.

Her work during the pandemic has earned her an MBE for reacting quickly to the restrictions and making sure that people with sensory loss were not forgotten and provided with as much support as possible.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Jacquie to learn more about the work of the centre and what it means to her to be honoured in this way.
