RNIB, Guide Dogs and The Thomas Pocklington Trust are collaborating on an in depth survey on the lives of blind and partially sighted people in the UK.
They are looking for anyone with a form of sight loss to get involved and help shape the future work of the whole sector.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Hilary Ingleton, from RNIB, to learn more about the work and how the public can get involved.
