Senedd member, Mark Isherwood MS and his case worker, Toby Jones have taken up the Marathon Mates challenge, from sight loss charity RNIB.
The fund raising event asks you to pair up with a friend, you don't have to be in the same place, and, between you, cover a marathon distance of 26.2 miles.
You don't have to do it in one go either, the distance can be run over the month of September.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Mark and Toby to find out why they got involved and how the miles are mounting up.
