Stuart Shepherd, Martin Skeehan and brothers Gary and Stuart Richards all share a love for rowing and have decided to take on the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, to raise money for two charities which are close to their hearts - RNIB and Severn Hospice.
Known as the World's toughest row, the four friends will have to row from the Canary Islands to Antigua, spending up to 50 days at sea.
RNIB Connect Radio's Barry Snell caught up with them, to find out more.
