Description: The figures are worrying, 75% of blind and partially sighted people, of working age, are not in employment. Why is this? Well there are a number of factors and over the coming months we will look at what RNIB's Employment Service is doing to get more visually impaired people into work, show employers that employees with sight loss can be a huge benefit to their field and what pressures are being put on local and national government.
