Dance Gets The Audio Description Treatment.

Category: Government & Organizations
Duration: 00:09:17
Publish Date: 2019-05-17 01:20:18
Description:

Audio Description is usually delivered over a headset, or at home through your tv, and it gives a narrative which describes what is physically going on between actors dialogue. This makes shows and performances, more inclusive for blind and partially sighted people. It's becoming more common on tv, at the cinema and at more and more arts and cultural events. RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Joan Cleville about a forthcoming AD performance of his dance composition, called The North, to learn more about the creation of an immersive experience for visually impaired patrons. www.joanclevilledance.com #RNIBConnect
