We focused on employment on Tuesday's Daily Connect, and the struggle of finding work whilst visually impaired; recent statistics show that just 1 in 4 blind people of working age are in employment.

Steven spoke to Glen Flatley about losing more of his vision through RP, and the struggle of keeping a job. We also find out about a pilot programme in the North East of England helping work coaches to better assist blind people who want to get into work.

Also on today's podcast, Steven asks listeners about apps they use to help them get a good nights sleep, especially for those who are have no sight whatsoever.
