This week I chat with Rabbi Jill Berkson Zimmerman.  She is the founder of the Jewish Mindfulness Network. Rabbi Jill is a Community Rabbi, teaching Jewish spirituality and mysticism, meditation and mindfulness around the country. She teaches as a Scholar-in-Residence, at retreats and workshops, as well as through webinars. Rabbi Jill has served congregations and Jewish organizations both in the States and in Israel. She was Rabbi at Temple Emanuel in Beverly Hills, CA (Director of Building Community and Membership), Temple Beth El in Riverside and Etz Rimon in Carlsbad, CA.

We chat about what mindfulness is, what makes it Jewish, and Rabbi Jill guides us in a live meditation!
