He practiced as a treating physical therapist for ten years in the hospital and outpatient setting. The next career step took Will into the operations, management and leadership of a national physical therapy provider; he was a Regional VP with responsibility for supporting teammates in 150 clinics in 10 states. Will’s passion for learning and being a change agent brought him to join HIPnation in 2016. The challenge to be a part of the amazing team to build an innovative healthcare delivery system that promotes massive changes, both with regards to better healthcare and financially, for individuals and businesses was fantastic. Will loves to tell the HIPnation story, interact with our physicians and members and hear their amazing stories, and help build the team who is a part of the HIPnation revolution. He is blessed to be married to Kelly and the Dad of two amazing kids, Caleb and Cameron. INTRO: We all know about the Broken Healthcare System.
