Collins, was a 34-year-old married man with children who was under house arrest, started a chat with a decoy posing as a 14-year-old girl named Allie. Collins drove multiple hours and arrived at a beach close to the sting house. At the boardwalk, he was met by a decoy, and the two of them proceeded to the beach together. She had to make an excuse when Collins tried to hug her, holding a large kite and wanting him to help her fly it. Collins tried to flee after becoming frightened. Chris intervened.
