	Description:		49-year-old Victor Wells contacted a Perverted Justice decoy who was posing as a 12-year-old girl named "Beth." From December 18, 2005, to January 7, 2006, Wells had a sexually explicit chat. He questioned whether the decoy was a police officer or a set of parents using a young girl as a prop to catch sexual offenders. He said that because the decoy was under 18, he was unable to speak to her more graphically. Over the coming days, the two talked about a variety of subjects. Wells then offered to pick up the girl when his family wouldn't be present so that he could take pictures of her in a bikini. He claimed to have never encountered someone underage and that just a few had discussed having sex with him. It all ended in a sit down with Chris. This is another Hurrdat Media Production.
