Kenneth Forton, 30 at the time of the investigation, chatted with a decoy pretending to be a fifteen year old girl. He asked the decoy if he could have oral sex, tie her up, and what her favorite positions were. Since Kenneth was a construction worker, he talked about bringing rope to tie the decoy up during sex. When he arrives at the sting house, he hears the decoy's voice behind a door and dashes towards it. When Chris emerges rather than a child, his perverted plans are foiled.
