Jerry Martin-Kosis was a 30-year-old from Mira Loma began chatting with a girl he believed to be thirteen. He starts out by testing the waters seeing if she wants a boyfriend and she wants one her age. He then starts to test her boundaries. When she says she might urinate on him, he doesn't seem to mind at all. He continues to talk about tickling and pee with the decoy. The urination chat continues for three weeks when they finally set up a meet.

Jerry takes a bus and walks to the sting house, taking his shoes off at the door, and proclaiming he walked all the way from "way way," pointing vaguely behind him, when Chris Hansen emerges to confront him.
