Inderjeet Singh was 23 year old when he contacted a twelve year old decoy named Julie. He starts their online chat by asking Julie if she has a boyfriend, and grooming her by making her believe it's normal for sixth graders to engage in sexual activity. The two chatted during the early hours of the night, talking about her chest size, video games, and other activities they could engage in. Inderjeet showed up the following day, hoping to spend time with his newfound friend.  Instead, he wound up meeting Chris Hansen instead.
