Description: Early this morning, Portland Police Detectives in cooperation with the US Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested 31-year-old Vorladeth "Kevin" Souvannachoumkham of Southeast Portland for Murder in connection with last weekend's shooting death of 28-year-old Steven Ouk of Southeast Portland at the Good Call Sports Bar & Grill. Although this is still an ongoing investigation, Detectives believe that Kevin Souvannachoumkham is the only suspect in the shooting.
