Description: In business since 1833, C.F. Martin and Co is the oldest surviving music company on the planet. In 1901, F.G. Martin was one of the founders of the National Association of Music Merchants, and their family still owns the company to this day. Dick Boak, Museum and Archive Director for Martin Guitars, has worked many different positions in the company for the last 41 years, and this is his last year. With many great memories at the booth, such as appearances by Merle Haggard and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, he is so thankful to have been able to attend NAMM for so many years.
