In this episode the Leftovers are joined by first time guest Matt Kirby where we are discussing the new Netflix series GLOW starring Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin and Marc Maron. Brian talks about his experience watching Baby Driver and if it’s worth seeing in the theater. He also watched the new Netflix original film Okja written and directed by the same guy who wrote and directed Snowpiercer, Joon-ho Bong. Matt Kirby gives us thoughts on the second Alien book from Audible titled “Alien: River of Pain” which Jake thought “River of Pain” was the next WWE pay-per-view. And Jake got a chance to see the Jordan Peele written and directed “Get Out” that is now available to watch everywhere. Of course we’ll go over all the new Marvel, DC and Star Wars news but we also talk about what the director of the new Hellboy reboot plans to give us.
