Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) President and CEO Julie Rochman spoke with Insurance Journal’s Elizabeth Blosfield about the safety nets that are in place in the wake of a natural disaster and how she believes this is contributing to a lack of incentive in obtaining private insurance.
