However, with Biden’s move, one wonders what will come of the cannabis legalization bills most recently introduced and set aside in a highly partisan Congress. Morgan Fox, political director for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), appeared in our latest episode to tell us what it all means.
