When you see the term à la carte on a menu, at, say a steakhouse, you know you’ll be dropping a few C-notes for that tiny bowl of mashed potatoes. It’s the price you pay for luxury, but in the world of insuring cannabis, where an à la carte menu is pretty much the only order of the day, and luxury’s got nothing to do with it.
