| Mimi Kirk joined our show today and talked about the benefits of the raw food lifestyle, living foods and anti aging tips for taking care of ourselves. Mimi is a living example of what it means to take an active interest in your health over many decades.
Lots of people talk from ivory towers about what we should be eating, but it’s different when you see somebody who’s getting amazing results. Follow people who get results, no matter what area in your life this principle applies.
At 74 years old Mimi looks amazing, has tons of energy and follows a raw vegan diet and has been a vegetarian for over 40 years. The potential we all have is just amazing. If you’re coming into this diet and lifestyle (no matter what you are currently eating) at a later age, you can always get results. It’s never too late to start taking care of yourself.
Mimi didn’t become a raw vegan until the age of 69!
