Dr. Russell Jaffe joined us on this show to talk about the benefits of the alkaline diet. We also discussed acidic foods and why acid forming foods are so damaging to you health.

Do you feel a lack of energy or do you get sick often? It might be because you aren’t consuming enough alkaline foods in your current diet. Maybe your diet is too acid based.

Some people say that it’s not healthy to be overly alkaline. Some people say that you have to eat more acidic foods and alkaline foods are not good for the ph of the small intestine.
Everybody has their own opinion on the matter of acid vs alkaline diets and what your blood ph levels should be.
It’s a bit above my pay grade to truly understand the biochemistry of blood and how it all works, we simply offer options and choices. If you are drawn to eating an alkaline diet then you might want to hear this show with the great Dr. Russell Jaffe!
