This week is the part one of a two part episode I'm doing on tackling the typical questions, query’s, objections and excuses that surround a plant-based lifestyle. If you're plant-based then you know exactly what questions I'm talking about. Where do you get your protein? You know plants have feelings? But its natural to eat meat? These are all great questions but sometimes they can be hard to answer, especially if you get put on the spot. I did this episode to create a resource for people who are interested in this lifestyle, for those of you who already follow it but need some verification and for you warriors out there who need some good solid ammo to answer the questions when they come your way.
