This week I decided to do something completely different, and talk about something I felt really compelled to share and spread. That is the significance of standing rock and how you can make your own stand for standing rock in your own way. Standing Rock is a stunning example of if we unite and come together as one in love and compassion to fight for our land, our culture, our home, our families, we can make a change. Together we can stand up against violence and hate. I talk about how in our own way we can stand up for our beliefs and that it's time to stop playing the victim and that our thoughts and actions can shape a world we want to see.
