This week I'm back with what I would say is the most real and honest conversation I’ve had on the podcast. Serge is a plant-based body builder, a personal trainer and one of the most passionate people I know. But like everyone he's had a journey, which has taught him a few lessons along the way but has made him who he is today. We talk about alcohol addiction, eating as a raw vegan, why food and exercise are important, the law of attraction and the fact that we are in control of our own lives.
