We're back with the first episode of 2017! I can't think of a better way to start the year than an episode on mindfulness. Everyone talks about mindfulness, its everywhere, but how can you make it a part of your life? We all know what mindfulness is, but in this episode I really dig into what it means, how to make it a sustainable part of your life, that its not just for yogis, hippies and monks and why I think we need mindfulness now, more than ever. I talk about breath, I guide you through a short meditation, and I offer some daily practices and resources. This episode is a guide for you to go beyond the intellectual understanding of mindfulness to a real and emotional understanding of it. Breathe, peace, namaste and get mindful!
