Adam Sud! He is one of the most humble, genuine and friendly people I’ve had on the podcast, and I don’t say that lightly. Adam has always been this person, but when he hit 30 he was severely depressed, addicted to drugs, a slave to fast food and weighed 300 pounds. After an over dose he finally reached out, admitted responsibility for his life and started chasing the uncomfortable rather than comfort which had him scraping rock bottom. The catalyst for this? A whole food plant based diet. I thought I was passionate about this but Adam takes it to the next level. He is an incredible example of the power of plants. Not for just making you healthy but for completely reshaping your mindset. I am so grateful for Adam that I can share our conversation.
In this episode we talk about:
- Cinnamon
- His food and drug addiction journey
- How he found his way up from rock bottom
