Description: We all hear the stories of the millionaires who have it all but are deeply depressed, or the addict who hit rock bottom, found themselves and are now monks. These stories are great, they are constant reminders that happiness can’t be found externally, but they are hard to relate to. Most of us don’t want to hit rock bottom to figure this out, but still we spend our lives searching for something more. After doing well at university, getting the perfect job and moving to Australia, Kayla was happy but she asked herself one day, is this all there is? Asking this question has led Kayla down a path of many failures and successes trying to figure this out. And that’s a story I think we can all relate to. This is an incredible conversation about the inside work, trust in the unknown and acceptance of yourself it takes to find and live your purpose. This conversation won’t change your life but it might just set you down the right path.
