I invite you to try intermittent fasting for fat loss. I really believe intermittent fasting is the perfect example of a sustainable fitness method for fat loss because even if you change absolutely nothing except for a morning fast which after adapting to will become very easy, you are going to see fat loss results in exchange for a minimal amount of effort.
If you have fallen off your diet and are looking to try a new diet or are going to reattempt the same diet, choose an approach that is easier than before because 90% of diets fail because they are too hard to stick to not because they don’t work. That’s why intermittent fasting is so great. It’s the best fitness approach for fat loss.
