If you are not familiar with ghee, it's clarified butter, so it is derived from butter but without the milk solids. Fourth and Heart takes the process a step further and infuses its ghee with incredible flavors like Madagascar Vanilla Bean, truffle, garlic, and chocolate amongst others. They also whip it to give it a really amazing, soft texture. Raquel’s company has been growing rapidly, and we chat to her about this as well as her reasons for starting the company and her personal connection to ghee.
