Instructions: - Bake pie pumpkin at 300 degrees until shriveled and soft.
- Pour flesh in a bowl and scoop out seeds.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
- Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 60-90 minutes or until it doesn’t jiggle when touched with a knife and a knife comes out clean.
