Ever hear the phrase, “don’t shoot the messenger”?

Today’s Momtra episode is a spin on that. Sometimes we receive messages - lessons, opportunities, from various sources. And sometimes we get caught up in who it is and why it’s that person. Whether we don’t feel like it’s their position or place, or we take issue with how they deliver it...all of that distracts from the point.

So for our affirmation, inspiration and motivation (AIM) this week, let’s look the messages we’re receiving, and focus on the opportunities to learn some valuable lessons, rather than get caught up in how it showed up.
