This week I’m talking to New York Times bestselling author Dr. Kelly Brogan. We’ve had a handful of New York Times bestsellers on the podcast, and I usually don’t even mention it. So she started her own grassroots campaign to get her book and message to the masses…and it worked. It’s an incredible story that I haven’t stopped thinking about.

In this episode, Kelly and I talk about how her own illness and pregnancy began to shift how she looked at her own practice, why she believes that depression is not a disease and how we should treat it, how antidepressants and pharmaceuticals are making us sicker, and why she’ll never prescribe another drug again.
