In any area where your results don’t align with your desires, you have to examine: 

  • your fear
  • your excuses
  • your beliefs
  • your actions

The 3 P’s of Excuses:

  • Perfectionism
  • Procrastination
  • Prioritization

There is a better way.

We have the ability to create our own momentum. Every day. Here’s my recipe:

1) Choose the outcome you want
 
2) Manage the thoughts you have around your ability to achieve this
  • replace I can’t, I always, I never….with I CAN, I WILL
3) Identify the feelings that come up 
  • fear, insecurities, apathy, lethargy… what feelings come up for you when you want to take action?
4) Take action from where you want to be
 
5) Look for evidence that support your desired reality
