In this episode on nutrition, you'll learn the most important aspects of mind-body nutrition, including macronutrient balance, tuning into your hunger and fullness cues, eating rhythm, and eating speed. This is a great introduction to many of the concepts I use in my coaching and that I believe are key to nourishing our bodies and healing our relationship with food.
