However, this was established and is published as a tool to help individuals who may, or may not, be in supervisory roles to be more effective leaders. My goal is to offer effective techniques and methods, along with proven principles to make great improvements as a leader in your professional life and your personal life. Having been a fire service leader for over 20 years, I have found that many of the principles that have been effective and proven in the fire service are also very applicable in the 'real' world. I look forward to offering tips and conversations that anybody can use and to have esteemed and successful guests from all walks of life that can offer great insight into achieving goals and wants. So, as the Company Officer of a fire truck rides and directs his crew from the right seat, we will talk about how to Lead From the RIGHT Seat!
