    • The lawsuit was filed in Seattle against 3 US individuals for leaking images from an unreleased Pokemon strategy guide.  The lawsuit claims the leaks damaged the company’s plans to market the game.
    • The individuals “named” in the lawsuit are only by their 4chan or Discord usernames, currently, Pokemon Co is asking for subpoenas for 4chan and Discord to unmask the users
