	Description:		For a period spanning a little more than a decade you would have been hard pressed to find a Cape Bretoner unfamiliar with Dale Rancourt and his character Klutzy the Clown. He was both a children and adult entertainer bouncing his way between birthday party's, old folks homes, and public events being a not an especially good performer. He certainly wasn't universally respected, but somehow he managed to find a place for Klutzy the clown in Cape Breton's entertainment economy, but it's all gone now. Dale 'Klutzy the clown' Rancourt broke a few of the most rules society places on those we allow near our children. Over the course of a multi part series, I'll be unpacking the disturbing story of the disgraced Dale ‘Klutzy the Clown’ Rancourt.
