	Description:		Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has declared a 12-month state of emergency in Genoa and the surrounding region of Liguria amidst after the collapse of a major viaduct in the city. The government has threatened to fine the company responsible for maintaining the country's motorways. We ask an MP from the ruling coalition who should be made to pay.
