	Description:		The human rights group, Amnesty International, says the campaign to free the Syrian city of Raqqa from the Islamic State group killed many more civilians than has so far been acknowledged. Amnesty blames air strikes by the US-led coalition for many of these deaths. Also in the programme: Iran has formally announced that it will increase its uranium enrichment capacity as a result of President Trump's decision to abandon the international nuclear deal; and it's been a year since the big countries of the Gulf - led by Saudi Arabia - placed a blockade on Qatar.
