	Description:		The UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, has called for an independent investigation into the reported killing on Sunday of at least thirty-one Palestinians near a US-backed aid distribution centre in Gaza. Israel denied that their forces fired at people near the site. UN human rights chief, Volker Turk, tells us the incident shows Israel's disregard for Palestinian civilians.
