	Description:		A witness has told the BBC there is "shooting in all directions" at the Al-Shifa hospital. Earlier, a BBC reporter obtains access to the hospital for the first time. Meanwhile, an Israel Defense Forces spokesperson says Israeli forces have found a tunnel shaft and a vehicle containing weapons in the Al-Shifa hospital. Also in the programme: Spanish Socialist leader Pedro Sánchez has secured a four-seat majority in the 350-seat chamber, after sealing an amnesty deal for Catalans involved in a failed bid to secede from Spain; and red alerts have been issued for almost 3,000 towns and cities across Brazil, which have been experiencing an unprecedented heatwave.
