It was the US president's first time chairing the UN Security Council. Also on the programme, new research suggests that almost 400,000 people died as a result of Civil War in South Sudan. And an investigative website publishes what they think is the real name of one of the two Russian men accused of poisoning the Skripals in the English town of Salisbury. He also claims that Russian security services had "direct influence" on staff in the British embassy involved in issuing visas to "Boshirov" and "Petrov".
