Ok guys we are back! Fitness Chiropractic with Bodybuilding Nerds Radio own Vijay Puri. Who is actually a chiropractor Today we are going to discuss the ins and outs of chiropractic use with fitness. The goal of todays podcast is to learn more about joint health and mobility.

Welcome on Vijay! Most people don’t even know you are a chiropractor, but before we discuss chiropractic give us a more detailed story on your life. How did you find fitness and where did chiropractic fit into this all?

So Vijay, what actually happens when getting a chiropractic adjustment?

when we both start working out we like to give ourselves self adjustments by using a foam roller, is this necessary and beneficial especially when moving into heavy weight training after?

I heard as a kid that if you crack your knuckles you will develop arthrisitis is that true? And if it is that true for other joints?

Should you crack your own joints?

How often should someone into fitness get adjusted by a chiro? 

When do some joints and areas on different people crack on their own?

Is there any truth to heavy squatting actually making u shorter? What actually happens to the spine under heavy loads?

Is there any benefits to using inversion boots or tables after heavy lifting on the spine?

What are your thoughts on using a belt for heavy lifts on the spine?
