If your interested in the program and getting on the prelaunch list head over to newyorkmuscleradio.com/maxtest Men are becoming weaker because we are not raising men http://www.nationalreview.com/article/439040/male-physical-decline-masculinity-threatened Listener Question of the Day If you have a question you would like us to answer for you submit it on our website: www.newyorkmuscleradio.com/listenerquestion Call Your Question in: 508- 687-2534 Question – Caller questions jump the list Alex dedia hey guys love the show thanks for the info and entertainment! a bit about myself - i have been powerlifting for about a year now and am currently sitting around 175lbs at 6'0". i am a hard gainer but have managed to put about 20lbs on since starting.; but am trying to get to the mid 180s since i plan to compete at 83kg/183lbs weight class. performance, not aesthetics, is my main goal. as such, i practice flexible dieting, prepping most meals but will take a delicious fresh cooked meal when available, and throwing some dirty cals in there once in a while my question is regarding a macro calculator. i use myfitness pal to calculate and track, and have also used iifym.com to calculate my macros. however both have given me very different goals; ranging from 2700-3700 cals and 170-250g protein. i personally only noticed consistent weight gain around the 3300 cal mark. do you guys recommend any particular calculator or formulas i should use? and why would there be such a contrast between different calculators available to me? any other advice from you guys is greatly appreciated, keep up the awesome work!
