While still the world’s greatest coal-consuming nation, China’s rapid development of its wind power industry is already having an impact on the low-carbon technology sector both in China and around the world.  Author Joanna Lewis discusses the findings of her book Green Innovation in China: China’s Wind Power Industry and the Global Transition to a Low-Carbon Economy,   including China’s methods of international technology transfer, forms of international cooperation and policies promoting its domestic wind-power industry.  Moderated by NCUSCR Senior Program Officer Dan Murphy on February 21, 2013 in New York.
