Heritage Radio Scholars in-person programming offers high school students the opportunity to learn audio reporting techniques while discovering how food shapes the world around them. In Fall 2024, HRN collaborated with The Lower East Side Girls Club to create the Love Letters to the LES Girls Podcast. Meet Taylor Graham! “As an undergraduate student at Columbia University, where I study Film and Media Studies and Political Science, I joined the fellowship to gain more experience in audio journalism. What I love most about being a reporter on Meat and Three is bringing ideas to fruition. The episode I led produced, “New Year, New (Me)al Prep,” started as my 2-minute pitch, having meal-prepped all last summer, and it was the most rewarding to see it be brought to life.
